Theonas of Alexandria · c. 282–300 AD
A letter of counsel to Lucianus, a chamberlain at the imperial court, long ascribed to Theonas, bishop of Alexandria before the Diocletian persecution. Since Batiffol and Harnack it has been regarded as a seventeenth-century forgery.
